Driver Installation Guide
Please follow these steps to resolve driver issues:
- Confirm the model: Confirm your laptop model, and then open the link that corresponds to your laptop.
- Download the File: Click the link to download the driver file.
- Extract the File: Unzip the downloaded file to your desktop or another easily accessible location.
- Open Device Manager: Press “Win+X” and select “Device Manager”.
- Locate the Device: Find the device with a yellow exclamation point or question mark in Device Manager.
- Update the Driver: Right-click the device and select “Update driver”.

Install the Driver Manually:
- Choose “Browse my computer for drivers”.
- Click “Browse”, select the extracted folder, and click “Next” to start the installation.
Tip: You can check the model number of the laptop in the model column of the product information sticker at the bottom of the laptop.
Installing Windows 11:
First, download the system files to a blank USB drive.
During startup, press F7 to select the USB drive for boot.
The installation will complete automatically in approximately 10 minutes.
